Meet Erin
Erin grew up in a small town, but spent many of her young adult years exploring different parts of the country, and the world. In her words, “there is no place like Austin” and she doesn’t plan to leave.
With the heart of a veteran (she attended the United States Coast Guard Academy) and the soul of a rehabber (HGTV filmed a pilot about her side-hustle flipping houses along with husband and general contractor Paul), Erin can find you the best deal in town, wield a nail gun like a pro, and quote you on countertops, all in one go!
Since 2014 when she became a REALTOR®, Erin has been committed to an extraordinary customer experience for her buyer and seller clients. As a real estate investor herself, she is especially equipped to help clients of all types with real estate needs ranging from raw land, to multi family investment properties, to single family homes and condos. After obtaining her brokers license in 2022, and opening her brokerage, META Realty, with long-time friend and colleague, Kevin Knight, Erin knew this would be the best way to take the best care of her clients.
Erin services properties all across the greater Central Texas area, and prides herself on being flexible, friendly and accommodating. One of her greatest skills is effective and professional communication with all parties in a transaction, including the agent representing the other party, to ensure a smooth transaction for all, from contract to the closing table.
