Raised in the Midwest, Kevin was drawn to Austin because of its ambitious, go-getting people. Before getting his real estate license in 2015, he worked in Mechanical Engineering, achieved an MBA, and built a fitness marketing business - but today he’s bringing his unique perspective to Austin’s house hunters. His diverse background allows him to relate easily with clients from all walks of life and offer them a fresh, analytical take on property.

 

Whether it’s a downtown condo, raw land for development, commercial property, or a luxury home deep in the heart of Austin, Kevin enjoys looking beyond the surface level and sharing considered insights into the potential of a home after a lick of paint or refurb, as well as the future value of a neighborhood and area.

 

Though he might be personable, he’s an expert negotiator who relishes keeping everyone at the table until they find a solution that works for all. When Kevin isn’t thinking about real estate, you’ll find him with his wife Jessica, and his teenage son London – and in his spare time he enjoys gaming and working on cars.
